The Company is a full-service distributor of FDA-approved pharmaceuticals, with a rapidly expanding portfolio of more than 2,000 medicines and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), spanning generic medications, injectables, and specialty products, alongside immunoassay and molecular diagnostic products and drug testing kits. As a DEA-licensed distributor, Medea is able to supply controlled substances (Schedules II–IV) to government agencies, hospitals, and healthcare partners in full compliance with federal regulations.

Medea is a leader in the fight against the opioid crisis, offering Naloxone HCl nasal spray along with a broader overdose-prevention portfolio that includes naloxone distribution stands, emergency reversal kits, fentanyl detection devices, and drug deactivation and disposal solutions. Through partnerships spanning more than thirty states and major venues nationwide, Medea has distributed more than two million doses of naloxone, directly expanding access to this life-saving treatment in communities across the country.

Medea's proven infrastructure was built during some of the nation's most urgent public health challenges. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the Company delivered more than 25 million face masks and N95 respirators to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and supplied millions of units of PPE to hospitals and private-sector partners, including Lowe's, Walmart, and AEG, across the United States and Canada. Responding to the needs of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense awarded Medea a $190 million contract for non-prescription, at-home diagnostic tests. Operating within CDC and state and local guidelines, Medea served as the testing provider of choice for notable venues including the Staples Center, The Forum, Los Angeles Convention Center, Dignity Health Sports Park, Enterprise Center, and the Dolby Theatre, among others.
